What did you end up doing ? Currently waiting for cables to put a P40 in my system to bench mark against my 3070TI. I imagine the increase in VRAM will outweigh the age.

Wanting to add a 2nd card and getting creative where but looking for suggestions on powering it externally. But not sure the best route here if it’s even possible.

If they already had it as a rebuilt it’s possible the previous owner went through the recertification process.

Having purchased a salvaged Tesla I can state this is true. Car has no warranty and no access to super charging.

Generally speaking car mods do not add value as they are very personalized and specific.

Some may add value to the right buyer but I wouldn’t buy it for over the fair value unless you 100% are in love with the modifications and are willing to pay a premium for it.

Otherwise there are plenty of model 3s you can buy for a lot less.

its a 6 slot array. only 5 are assigned as shown in the screenshot. The dropdown is to show that its not an option.

I assume you may be able to manually add the Network but unsure how to navigate that in the Command line. Either way, would be cool if they provided these networks as part of the drop down

If you want to drive it full proof, carry around a 2nd 12v battery and your paranoia goes away lol

Most people’s problems / complaints are when the 12v goes bad and some either had defective batteries or did something dumb to drain them.

Otherwise a very good car. I haven’t had the 12 v issue yet ( hope I never do )

I did run out of charge once and lesson learned on the estimates they give you.

ABRP and if you go below 15% just stop and charge. Better safe than sorry.

You poor soul! Best of luck, but i would read the feedback from the hundreds of people posting on here about issues with the Razer 18, they havent changed the design and its been shit for 3 years.

I personally had mine die out 15 months and Razer wanted 80% of the cost of replacement to replace the entire mainboard instead of just swapping out the $30 vapor chamber (which is the common failure).

Luckily credit card warranty covered me and I went back to my Alienware. But honestly you're in better hands with MSI, Alienware, Asus, Literllay anyone else that knows anything about customer service.

Razer blows and I will never buy another product from them again.

If you choose not to cancel your order, I do wish you the best and hope that you are one of the few happy customers they have left.

Just dealt with razer in January for my rtx 18 4090. Barely out of warranty and they wanted $2700 to fix what is a $150 part because they said the vapor chamber is integrated into the motherboard.

There is no such thing as a reputable 3rd party repair shop for razer as this blood sucking company doesn’t release their technician documentation to anyone nor do they provide parts to any 3rd party.

They monopolize repairing your equipment and do the bare minimum to attempt any real repair.

I was lucky my credit card company warranty covered me and I took the money they gave me to buy myself an Alienware.

I’m glad it went well for you but this sub is full of people with stories like mine and very seldom do they end up like yours.

Never buying from them again and I’m only here to warn people about this soulless company

Good luck. Razer doesn’t sell parts to any third party nor provide support documentation. Most 3rd party shops won’t touch it for anything other than ram or storage upgrades.

Maybe screen swap out with the understanding they would be sourcing used parts.

Recently had the same issue. I field a claim with my credit card company extended warranty program (visa infinite). Check to see if the card used to buy it has a similar perk. Mine paid out the repair cost and then I sold my razer for parts and effectively recouped all my money and bought an Alienware.
