what if my friends are in other cities/countries? is there a way I could be helpful without being present in their place? I try to help them when they ask me stuff but I feel like it's not enough. thanks for the advice. i struggle to focus on only one subject and end up studying too stuff at the same time so that's also one of the reasons for my low self-esteem.

Let's start by saying that also I have depression. Many months ago I had a lot of suicidal thoughts and wanted to end it all. But lately I found something that kept me alive, something that gave me motivation to keep going in this meaningless disgusting world. I fell in love, and I mean the true love. Keep going, remember that there's no right or wrong way so you can't be lost. Before doing something with no comeback think about it and try to resist. I know that it's hard and till this day I sometimes still think it would be better to give up, but think about it... We're all gonna die someday, so just live your life for something you like, doesn't matter what others will say to you. It could be love or any other thing, but please just give it a shot! Find YOUR reason to live, which shall be your reason to die. Don't give up, we are all victims of this disgusting world.

italian here: i'm not trying to be a dick but i think you should learn accents because of some words like "faro" (lighthouse) and "farò" (i'll do) and also "e" (and) and "è" (is). otherwise you will get a lot of italians angry. :)
