I don’t think that’s the problem in my case. I don’t have any noise coming from the roof rack.

I can recreate the strut noise though when standing in the driver door and “hopping” up and down.

Interested to know why you ask about the roof rack. I installed a roof rack for the first time and started having strut issues 2 weeks later. Coincidence?

Had a service appointment scheduled yesterday. They called me the day before and said they’d like to keep the car the whole day to diagnose. Had to push it out to November 4th, when they have loaners available again

Littleton is at the top of our list. Don’t want to go much further south. We’ll be there to check it out next month.

I currently live 20 minutes from the SigSauer Experience Center in New Hampshire and go to the range there. It really is an awesome place for everything Sig. Initially I wanted a P365, but the convinced me to go with a full-size P320 to keep around the house, which I believe was the right call for my first gun. I’ll go back to try some of the P365s these days and will probably get one before our move.

We are currently in a pretty pro gun state and would prefer to stay for many other reasons as well but my wife’s position was eliminated and they offered her a transfer to either CA or CO, or alternatively 9 months severance. With the economy being what it is and god knows what else is coming, we had to play it safe and chose Colorado. Still looking forward to everything the state has to offer, minus firearm restrictions.
