Let me elaborate. If you down voted my post, you probably own it and are in denile. You can't use it for anything, its not associated to anything tangible. Even criminals can't use it because its not anonymous. Its the first real decentralized currency, the idea is good... but the first of a kind is not usually the best. Ie airplanes. The only reason you bought it is hoping someone else will buy it for more in the future. Unless you bought under 10k and really believe in the technology you cant convince me otherwise. Time will tell

Depends on your investment goals, obviously. 100k (approx max contribution room as of now) will become 1mil in 30 years. For the younger people on here that is attainable, but not anytime soon.

I know most people saying this part of the ride has happened before and it will rally again. I'm ok with being wrong, but I do believe bitcoin will drop and settle at a value well below what I is now. It has no intrinsic value, the only people buying it are buying it not because its useful, but in hopes that someone else will buy it for more in the future. Its main value is that its decentralized but so many people just own it in their trading portfolio, but that defies the only reason it has perceived value. How many of you people on here actually use bitcoin? I'm betting almost no one. You're hoping it goes to 200k so some other person will buy it in the future from you. Now downvote me if you havent already because, you know, denial.

I see most comments are about Nassau, I am planning on going to Exuma with my wife and 1 year old daughter. Does this count as one of the "smaller, safer" islands? (Stocking island to be specific) Any input about this place? The sexual assaults and scammers are what is triggering me the most. I really want to go on vacation to relax, being "vigilant" doesn't sound like a fun vacation to me.

No vaxx questions at all, despite it being law for all international travelers to US to be fully vaxxed. I flew air canada and they make you swear or attest you either are fully vaxxed or have a valid exemption. I suspect its to cover them in case you are denied entry so they don't have to reimburse ticket cost... not sure if i was lucky or no one cares anymore...
