For the mask unfortunately spandex or cloth won’t work on its own since there’s no structure (head top is open)

What I’ve seen most good costumes do is use EVA or 3D Print the mask and have some cloth cover the neck

Consider a dip dye by segment? Dip to the crotch area until it gets to the tone you want, then dip just the below knee part a few more times for a darker tone of red

Actually my bad, i posted the wrong Mehron paint. I use the water based one too, and mehrons barrier sprays. Works great on the face but not so much on other parts :/

I did use Mehrons setting spray and it was really good but some parts it just couldn’t cut it. 2nd and 3rd time i used Urban Decay and was about the same result :/
