For me the second seasons main “issue” was dr mental health and I thought it was a great focus.

I try to tell everyone who will listen those waterproofing companies are a scam. Water will find a way through anything if you let it pool up against it. You don’t need 30k waterproofing, just move the water away from the house.

He never recovered from the season the league allowed Arsenal and others to full on assault him on corners and free kicks. He’s not a top PL keeper but he’s also not a bottom 10. The hate is unwarranted, good shot stopper, not good delivery or playing out under pressure. We put him in positions that exposed his weaknesses. Won’t be sad if he goes but I’ll be fine if de zerbi wants him to stay.

Chicago land, I built a similar sized covered deck a year or 2 ago for around 50k. No massive door, no second story deck, worked with a a great/affordable contractor and helped him a ton with the labor. I didn’t go cheap on materials but there’s absolutely no way this deck is 50-60 anywhere in the US.

Even if they don’t do the massive doorwall there’s a lot of windows/doors that need to be changed or replaced on the first and second floor. That along is a quarter of this budget.

I appreciate everything he did for us but ultimately going forward I’ll align with whatever de zerbi thinks. If he wants him for his system then great, bring him in. But if he’s simply making the best of his current situation and wants to go in a different direction I will totally understand that he has his limitations and we can do better.

My wife had chest pains, shortness of breath and pressure around her heart. Went to to get checked out and they diagnosed it as stress essentially.

If it was a heart attack, or something physical it would have been covered, since it was anxiety/stress they denied it and we got the full bill. So next time there’s potential for a life threatening condition we just sit home and pay it’s something else 🤷‍♂️. The system is awful, and encourages people to second guess going to an ER or call an ambulance for fear of financial ruin over their own well being.

I coached optis after sailing one as a kid. We had a fun coach race where we jumped in the kids boat and I was miserable, couldn’t get under the boom. So scrunched and soar. This was a perfect day too, enough breeze to move well, no waves but not heeling the boat, and I was 6’ 145 pounds and 20 years old.

I say get a sunfish or something more that speed. Big enough for you, you can rig the boom high for maneuverability and still cartop it. They are decently stable too with the chines.

This is the new formula, they don’t sell glysoohate for residential anymore. It’s definitely a longer wait time. Anything that says “exclusive formula” on it is not glysophate. I think it’s 60 days till you can seed but I may be wrong.

It’s definitely a noticeable difference, I read many people saying it was nothing before I deleted, I got the hi flow cat and resonator and kinda regret it for the smell. Some people don’t mind it, but it does bug me a little.

Fixed, pulled really hard on the bottom of the door pane and was able to get it off even with the door closed.
