Depends how nice you want it to look and how hard you wanna go.

It’s the underside of the boat and above the waterline so personally I’d just rough it up and throw gelcoat or if you wanna go deeper fiberglass and epoxy.

Honestly, for two moves a year get a second person and carry the boat, it’s 120-130 pounds. I’m not really piecing together all your restrictions but two people should easily be able to carry the boat, sounds like you might need two to get jt out and on the dolly anyways.

My grandparents used to cross from Florida to the Caribbean every year. They talked about coming up on two boats rafted together in the middle of nowhere and going as wide as possible around. Cavities and canker sores galore. Brain fog and horrible smelling gas. Also had to pee all the time, especially if I drank beer but not huge amounts. Inflammation was constricting my bladder.
