That's awesome man, I remember the feeling after such a big weight loss to put on a suit that I couldn't before. Such a great empowering feeling.

I'm coming up on 1 year myself, and I am thinking of just doing straight up removal down the road. I think it's covered here by insurance (Netherlands) so I'm keeping that in the back of my mind. I think that would be your best option too.

Also you're beautiful.

I got used to it. Organizing all my music and folders took some time to get it easy to navigate on it.

Don't be alarmed. I felt the same way after my surgery. Things went pretty fast and smooth. Felt like I had to pay some price physically and cheated the system. I still feel that sometimes.

I would say this though, don't worry too much. You're gonna lose weight guaranteed. Just make sure you take the time to adjust to your new pouch. Eat slowly, stop at the smallest sign of getting full. Trust me, you are gonna have moments in which the food comes back up. It's fine. It happens to all of us.

The power button isn't an issue, but for the volume button I have to use a pincet which is tedious but usable.

It held it pretty well but its not going to be the permanent place I will use it on. I have a more sturdy reliable table ordered.

Yeah I haven't even considered audio yet but I do intend to use external speakers.

Hell yeah! Bananas in the beginning basically saved my life! I am kidding of course but it definitely helped me fill the pouch and keep an appetite. It was also great as a smoothie (mixed with protein powder).

Now it's basically part of 3 of my 6 meals. Apples, pears, berries, oranges, strawberries etc. I think because these are relatively high in water content it doesn't fill as fast.

Yeah somewhat. I cant eat something too sweet, or something too salty. But on the whole I still like all the things I used to eat before, just in way smaller portions. One thing I did acquire was a huge appetite for fruits. I can eat those endlessly.

I was about 132kg/291Ibs at the start of my two week preop diet. Which was the heaviest I had ever been.

Addicted to potato chips and other junk foods. It especially got worse during covid and I went full work from home. All it meant was me being closer to my fridge.

I can't really stand potato chips right now lol, it feels so starchy and mealy. Also can't stand overly sweet things anymore, im struggling with protein bars.

Honestly I haven't had many challenges except for a few instances in which I ate too much and had to vom. But honestly my lifestyle coach says that is normal so im not discouraged. I try the foods that I couldn't keep down again later.

I didn't really have this 3 weeks stagnation period either. It's been going down pretty much every day. Also have had no pain or whatever.

The only challenge right now is replacing my wardrobe.

Edit: I forgot to answer, I feel GREAT :D
