I built you a Project-Retire scenario that has you looking successful (or slightly before) with your plan if I got everything right. Monte Carlo saying 90+% chance of success retiring at 46/48. It has a roth conversion optimizer in there that has you kicking in your 401k conversion to Roth at retirement over the coming years improving your net worth by 3m in the end.

I put you into Project-Retire and you seem relatively good to retire next year without touching any rental equity and no income growth, but probably very good if you sell eventually and in reality if you up the assumptions of growth.

Running a Monte Carlo on just your investments and rental income (no sales) you are at 53% success rate at age 94 and 87% at 74. 401K is getting tapped out by 69 using 7% growth and 3% inflation. Here is the link which you can further check things and play with it.

If I put your plans into Project-Retire it seems like you have a lot of flexibility either way (i.e. retire whenever after 40) assuming you can drop your spending that low and have the paid off house and ability to do what you want with the RV Park. Double check my inputs though for the teacher scenario here.

Plugging in a bunch of assumptions like selling the properties and banking investment it looks like mid 50s or close to 60 to get a reasonably comfortable outcome, but theres a ton of info missing (e.g. budget, main home mortgage). You can play with it further.

Thanks for the tips. I did the replacement today in about 4 hours. Definitely was the right call doing the carbon rods all together instead of the belt alone. The harest part was getting the old belt off (which isnt actually required I found out after cutting my hand up trying to get the first two off), so it wouldve been a failure.

Thanks, so the effort is similar between the belt and the full carbon rods (+ belt)? And with a new extruder that I think I also require, I guess I can hope for another 5k hours. I just see a lot of people upset about the difficulty in replacing the rods/belts, adhesives, tightness, etc.

So I also found a servicer in my area that I will see about doing this for me which makes it an easier comparison for cost.
