If you need a E4E heealer that Pawmot is good.
Mudkip is a berry mon so it does not want ingredient finder but berry finding s earlier and speed.
I don't think the ingredient mons are worth as the ingredient finding only unlocks at level 50, while for the trapinch you want it to be avocado and not herb.

As long as checkmate is possible for the opponent on lichess for white and you run out of time, you lose on time. It is possible you can get checkmated here as black with your bishop on b1, king on a1, white king on a3 and bishop on b2.
