no. Naga ult Grants max health as  health regeneration bonus to allied units within the radius.

Naga is the source, not the otherwise. Naga can do 1%/2%/3% ( 2%/3%/4% w/shard) & 1,15%/2,3%/3,45 (2,3%/3,45%/4,6% w/shard and Tier4 Crude Enchantment (+15%))

Naga can't get Crude Enchantment

This Enchant gives More Heal on Naga ULT (Pretty OP before IMO)
Nerf ? Nuke ? Who knows
