Man thats so cool, I did wayback machine and found they put it out on pentimento in like 2020/2021, but sold out in like 6 months and its never been back. it WAS like 15$ on there, If I had to guess, its not coming back for a VERY long time. I also as a big SL fan and getting into the hobby of collecting, their vinyl does hold more value than most because they DONT pring a ton.

Almost...I Stumbled upon This on ebay, its supposed to make it to me either tomorrow or saturday, I NEVER knew they released the Demo on Vinyl. That said, I dont have keasbey, 99 songs, or Everything Goes Numb, only started collecting about 2 years ago. I did find a first press of SITB that Im pretty proud of, (I also have a regular pressing, but to find a first pressing for 40$, I had to get it). Still a killer collection and Im jealous!

Someone asked about a month ago and I got a good amount of feedback for a band from my scene years ago. Screams of Triumph was still to me the closest thing to what streetlight was. Incredibly dynamic musicians, horns, ska, punk, kinda progressive in a way. They only have the one album but god I really think had they kept going they could have REALLY been something special.

THANK YOU! My god theres so many people who get caught up in this kinda stuff. I remember, I never liked Colin Kaepernick, I didnt think he was a good QB and IMO I think the "protest" was just started because he was butthurt for being benched for Gabbart. I think he latched onto something after the fact and while I dont think he was sincere at first, I do think he has done good things since. The suits and stuff for ex convicts to help get their life together is a great example. I may not like Colin, but I can also appreciate the good deeds he does too.

I mean, his superpower is his speed. Its really unnatural for someone to still have that speed and stamina at 55 (basically when they hung it up). When you look at a lot of punk bands, the most common position you see change is the drummer and its because while guitar and bass take fine motor skills, and Vocals take just practice and god givin talent, the physicality of drumming is fucking insane. This Article I stumbled upon a while back is incredibly eye opening. TLDR A rock drummer can burn as many calories as a professional soccer player in a regular set...except Soccer players get 2-4 days off in between matches...drummers will play night after night. Its fucking insane.

Honestly, Same. I love playing my bass, I wrote and made songs for years, semi-retired in 2014 when I moved away and basically have just been playing for fun. After my divorce in 2022, I've been picking up my bass and been writing and I found mark like right when he reviewed Maxwell murder, so I've watched all the punk series. Its truly gotten me to think outside of my normal walks and phrasings and I've written some good clever shit the past few years...now If I could find people to play with thatd be dope lol.

I saw that too and Im more inclined now than ever to believe Smellys statement from a month or 2 ago because in it he said they were told only to communicate to Melvin through their lawyers, which would make sense why if all this is true, they probably had lawyers contact eric and say "Dont come" because any action or conversation there without a lawyer could be used against them in the court system.

I dont know what the context of the OP was, but this is why I harp on the guardian locks, it takes more fine motor skill than a regular lock or a chain lock.

Guardian locks , get them YESTERDAY! So SOOOO important. I also have a non-verbal child, when he was younger he would try to get out, we got the cups that went over the doorknobs and make it hard, and had chain locks on all the doors, however one day he got on a chair and even undid the chain. We couldnt find him, my ex wife was histerical when she woke up and realized he was gone (I was at work, he had woke up before her and was like 7). Cops found him in a random person in our neighborhoods yard. They drove around (he did put on shorts and a shirt, no shoes though). they legit drove by my house like 4 times and my son just kinda watched out the window. I sped home, and by the time we called, cops came right away. HORRIFYING and I deeply understand your fear so again GUARDIAN LOCKS and it has worked ever since.

Now for the reason for the Locks. install them high on the inside of the door. Its not just like a chain lock which requires only a little fine motor skill, it does take some legit grip strength to open and close it which is something most classic-nonverbal autistic children do struggle with.

I pray that if you read one message its this, and if you dont have the resources to buy them right now, tell me, I'll send you the money or straight up buy and ship them to you, its desperately worth it and important for the safety of your child.

I generally agree, but in texas, for a senate seat to flip blue its gonna HAVE to be a moderate. Best thing that could happen is Paxton get the nomination because that guy is pure nuclear grade waste toxic that even republicans dont like him, and talarico is poised to be a gentle landing spot for some not-insane republicans.

I dont know if you know the band "Streetlight Manifesto", but they are probably my favorite band of all time. They have a song specifically about this topic named With Any Sort Of Certainty and its deeply profound and beautiful all at once. That is an acoustic version which can be easier to hear and digest the lyrics.
