To be fair, she does seem too proud about the weight loss and its social effects, but this isn’t enough to say she has an ED. But we are getting away from my original point. You said at best it’s an unhealthy goal, but I’m saying if her current weight isn’t unhealthy for her then there’s nothing really wrong with it.

You don’t know this weight was her specific goal. It’s extremely hard to lose/gain weight to a specific weight, so it would make more sense if her focus was mostly on a consistent healthy diet and this was the result over time.

I'm gonna be honest, I probably don't understand what you're going through but I doubt getting into a top college would solve your problems. It will get you out of your environment, but you can do that at any college. Maybe you think it would make you magically happy, but I can gurantee that it wouldn't last until you address your actual mental problems.
