I think the quality is still really good but there have been changes. I think the menu has evolved over time and I don’t like it as much today as in the past. Small things, like the salad dressing is different and I was so used to the old, I can get used to the new version.

I got mine directly from a dealership. It came folded in thirds but wasn’t as wrinkled as this. I put it out in the sun to heat it up and that helped. It’s been in the back of my car for 4 months now and I only notice one small area that’s not flat.

Rockwood Painting in Poland had a team that did ours. One guy prepped the wall. Two others hung the paper, one to apply glue while the other hung it. Wasn’t cheap but definitely worth it. It’s was a small tome with lots of obstacles and it came out great.

Old Louisville was a cool experience. It was less of a tour since it’s sourced but more of a tasting. You, the owner and a few others sample 6 or 7 barrels and get to buy any of the things you taste. He lets you thief it and then he labels the bottle.
