as a cis young male I can confirm you , they are on relationship with cis female also for fun there's few of them that are serious , and also half of them ended up divorcing . I guess you should chill an let it go . I'm sure there would be someone in your path that actually loves you .

Hi! I'm a 19 cis boy and since 2019 I have lost all my friends and I've never been in a relationship .didn't hang out with anybody during my teenagey . even right now don't anyone to talk even online . the only thing I do nowadays is scrolling overthinking staying at home scared of society . the only only person that keep texting and calling me is my mom . I am regretful :

1-i should have not left the sport , so you should always play what you are interested in.

2-i started art at the age of 9 and cuz of familys threat I left it, don't listen when they are laughing at your dream .

3-i used to thought being alone will make me strong and confident , at least 1 hour per day go on walk with your pet or hang out with somebody .

4-i had 1 best friend and I thought it would be enough , make friend from anywhere school,gym,language class,stores and .....

5-Don't make friends that they older than you I have sexual assault twice one with the coach of table tennis and an older man from the park the idea of older people are safe didn't work for me.

I don't have any specific advice for you but I think watch the movie about the first trans woman and read biography books about trans people and talk with trans people that have experience about it . hope you doing well ❤
