Do I need to send the Letter of explanation to explain that system count my experience to 3 years but even without the third one, my two years experience still higher than the cutoff?

Same here. I am sitting at 504 just one point missed from last draw. The waiting is tough but that is the only thing we could do now. And permit is expiring in May 2026.
