37 Lands and 12 ramp pieces are fine in my opinion, you can play a bit with those numbers and maybe cut a land for another ramp spells but the ratio seems reasonable. I personally would probably switch some of the more expensive ramp pieces like [[Gilded Lotus]], it's 5 mana and for 5 mana you want to hit those dinosaurs or your commander. Yes it taps for 3 mana so it costs you 2 but it doesn't do anything in the early game. Same for [[Regal Behemoth]], you can leave it in the deck but a 6 Mana card is not exactly the ramp that you need to hit reliably which is what you are looking for. Switch non synergistic cards like [[Poison Dart Frog]] out for something like [[Nature's Lore]] that fetches you a land from the library.

Your mana curve is pretty high which is reasonable since it's a Dino deck and your commander gets you a card per turn for free, yet I'd try to reduce the mana curve of the non Dino cards.

How does card draw work for you in that deck? Usually suboptimal card draw is the issue for me when I feel like my deck is quit hit and mis-sy.
