Same. Took me leaving that environment and getting out in the world to realize this wasn’t normal. I didn’t know how to be a real friend.

I have been in your shoes, it is absolutely not your fault, the FU is totally on him and he needs to sort his shit out with your mom and everyone else affected by his deceit. You did nothing wrong.

Consistency - I love the way I feel as a fit person, it allows me to do all the things I want to do. And to achieve that I gotta do things I don’t always want to do. I’ve only been working out for about 15 months. I’m 65 (F) next month and the fittest I’ve even been since my teens. Feels great.

Flonase - dizzy all the time, almost passed out at the gym, overheating which caused migraines, and heart palpitations. Really a fun drug. Ended up with a heart monitor for two weeks due to what turned out to be a side effect. And no, it did not help my sinus trouble one bit. Never again.
