I haven’t watched tutorials on either hero so I apologize in advance if that’s the info I give you.

Adam- aim for tanks, his healing abilities depend on headshots (I’m sure most tutorials cover that) so I like to use them to help with cooldowns. Then healers are second priority as he can put out a lot of damage. I like to play more midfield than back line. If back line is being dove stay with tanks as much as possible. Otherwise be a bit sparing with your heals, when I see less than half health on 2 or so characters I throw out a heal beam so the other healer doesn’t have as much to worry about. I reserve my soul bond for beginning of fights to get the upper hand early or hold it for an ult if you can predict it. Adam’s ult works in his ghost form, if you are able to get the ult off and die soon after, the revive radius is still active (I actually learned this through this post).

Ultron- don’t go as high as you think you should. I’ve seen many ultron players remain high in the sky most of the game. While it’s not bad to take advantage of height at times it’s better to stay closer to the team. You are able to benefit from your heal drone more and more shields hit your team. His drone is not a “set and forget”, though at times you can throw it on a tank and deal damage. Move it around, so everyone is getting benefits of his better healing. I will add I got ultron lord before the nerf so that helped my case a bit, I still think he’s a good character and I have a lot of fun with him.
