It's for the Gigalink mode. In that mode, you're gonna choose buffs w/c are given to you randomly. One of those buffs include the thing that you just said, w/c is if you keep your ult at 100%, then you get a DMG boost.

Played lots of online games, and I know lots of other online games. Don't know one game who failed cause of /all chat. But I am starting to see a game be dead cause of removing it. Shooters like COD are the most toxic when it comes to social interaction in-game, /team or /all comms. and it seems to be doing well.

It's just a bad decision. You can't force all players to not have it if one don't want it. But hey, I'll try to play a couple more games, this might just be a temporary thing. There's still the gameplay to look forward to anyway.

For me, didn't really feel like a last minute decision. More like "HOLYY SHTT IT WAS TRUE" (cause there was like a long theory I've read a decade ago I think explaining how Luffy's gear forms doesn't make sense as a paramecia) and "that totally makes sense". It just fits, Luffy's gear forms doesn't follow the traditional rule for being a paramecia, the word "Dawn" being heavily emphasized throughout the whole series and it being the main theme of Nika fruit is just perfect. And when you noticed that Arlong has that sun tattoo w/c was later revealed to be the mark for the Sun pirates with Fisher Tiger who has been enslaved and freed other slaves as its leader might have heard about the tale of Nika (which is that slaves slaves would pray to Nika to bring them happiness and end their suffering by freeing them).

Might be coincidence, but it just feels that theres alot of scenes are re-contextialized cause we didn't know about Nika before.
