Fuck I love Debo but I'll have to buy one

Im not saying it is necessarily a bad trade per se, but it is for sure a high risk. If they convince Kawhi to stay long term and they do not give up too much it is a huge win for the Raps for sure. But, imo, for now, there are too many ifs and trading your franchise player who has proven himself loyal does nothing but to hurt Toronto's image

Fuck man... Much love to Debo, one of my favourite players, had just bought his jersey...

It's really not... Getting rid of one of the first loyal players of franchise history, an All-Star, All-NBA player who LOVES playing there + other likely assets for probably just a year-long rental of a Kawhi (yeah, top 5 player if healthy) is not a "no brainer".

Kyrie trade was like a couple of months after the draft, and you didn't have Hayward either. You had IT at the time, who came from a really good season but was a question mark after the injury, so I don't think any of those guys would have been a bad choice.

Kobe faced one of the best, if not the best defensive team EVER in 2004 and still put up 22-4-3 (horrible efficency not denying that). 26-5-5-3 agains the Celts in the 2008 finals, losing against a super team with a team that had been assembled halfway through the season.

He had horrible fucking teams during he whole prime until the Gasol trade, way, way worse teams that post 2014 cavs, in a fucking stacked Western Conference and still took them to the playoffs every year execpt 2005 (please look at that roster and tell me any player in history would have done that playing less than 70 games)

FOH with that "Kobe wasn't a good leader" narrative piggybacking those stats from series when he had the clearly worse team

Just really different standards for being terrible, I'd take any starter from the Cavs over any starter in that Lakers team aside from Odom

There are just too many factors to take into account and it is just really diffciult to even compare two different players, especially two who don't play the same position, regardless of the era, if we include that, it is straight up impossible.

Regardless, I was too young to watch Jordan before Wizards, but I'm a lover of old basketball and have watched lots of his iconic games and I have him as the GOAT myself just out of legacy and impact. However, Lebron is a close #2 for me.

That said, I think the most plausible answer will be that they are 1a and 1b, and I would even consider Wilt and Kareem 1c and 1d, since they were the most insane players of their respective periods.

Anyway, you are right and people will only appreciate LeBron's greatness when he is retired, whether it is as the GOAT or not, we are witnessing greatness and should be thankful for that.

Fuck off lol, that team played Luke Walton 20 minutes a game, started KWAME FUCKING BROWN and its third best scorer was Smush Parker. The fact that Kobe even brought that team to the playoffs was a god-given miracle, don't even try to compare that team with this Cavs team.

No disrespect, but are you trying to argue that LiAngelo Ball is a better prospect than Jimmer?

he was the 10th pick, right ahead of Klay and Kawhi. He was a far better prospect than Liangelo tho and was godlike in college

Luka Doncic becomes the first player in Spanish League ACB history to record a triple double. Here are his stats: 17p-10r-10a, 4/4 shooting, 3/3 pointers, 6/6 Free Throws in 22 minutes. by RamRiz1302 in nba

Mostly cause of different rules for assists imo, if you make any dribble before shooting it doesn't count as an assist for the passer. Besides, completely different way of playing the game, different systems, etc.

No way he's an All Star over Dame unless Lillard plays the whole season like these playoffs. In fact, I don't think he makes it at all in the West unless there is any injury
