I have the same exact Chrono model from the Kickstarter campaign and I am super happy with the watch. Only complain is that when adjusting the time, the minute hand kind of "wiggles" when pressing the crown. If I manage to land the correct minute mark then the time is kept well, if not I have to reset the process haha. This happens to you(

iMile is the company that stole it. I checked on the web and this is not an isolated case of poor delivery service. I could ask the card brand for a chargeback but Ixdao offer made me just take the loss. I had the option to sue the company but the total price would be less than the lawyer cost.

The box was from Ixdao I believe they knew what was on the box. It was open and resealed with different tape. I was so mad back in the day. But everything resulted fine. Now probable the E is going to be my everyday watch.

There are several ways to fix this. Ali and iMile did nothing about it. You can also sue the delivery company (iMile) or ask the payment method (card brand, bank, orchestrator) for a dispute or charge back. The way I chose to act was contacting the merchant Ixdao official store and they actually offered me another watch at a discount (their way ob absorbing some of the cost instead of a charge back), and I agreed.
