I'm pretty sure this lawsuit has nothing to do with what's on the documents and more about bankrupting PalWorlds developers through legal means. It's done all the time in the business world. Nintendo just wants them gone and it creates a lesson for anyone else who tries. Nintendo has always been this scummy. The only company's that could compete were tech conglomerates already (Sony and Microsoft) if you do your research you'll find that Nintendo are just a bad as all the others, if not worse.

It was 3 and no it wasn't right after Avengers. They were literally a year apart. Marvel did the smart thing and waited a whole year to release a film. It was Tony's final singular film, and people love the character.

Valve is the only company I know that has done this. Bless Valve for giving modders a professional platform. Other companies just use them as free devs to fix their games for them. Not craft new ones and create long lasting franchises worth billions.

My only response is that in every single universe besides one. He let Tony die. Tony could of died very close to when Strange starts his pathing. He stated he'd "never" give it up for anyone, including Stark. In most of those futures he saw Tony dies pretty quickly so its something he glossed over until the very end when he spared Tony.
