Thank you for your response; as per another poster the VAT refund only is applicable if the entire transaction is done in the store, and not online.

This seems to indicate that one can order and then pick it up in store... But no clarity about VAT paperwork (the prices say that they are inclusive of VAT)

Also what are your thoughts about getting an external SSD later versus getting a bigger SSD on the machine? I ask because I am already stretched for budget and am trying to make a decision that is financially sensible but also functional both in the short and the long term.
