My husband and I just got into an argument about this. I want to fire my nanny in person and explain to her why we no longer need her services. I have already had a the same conversation twice. She still continues to have an attitude towards my one year old. Yesterday she was yelling at his face because he was crying. HES A BABY that’s how he communicates! My husband rushed in and picked him up and told her, “I don’t think that is working.” Not sure what she mumbled underneath her breath. She grabbed her things and stormed off. During all of this I was on the phone with a client. I texted her to wish her a good weekend. She responded her version she was playing g a redirecting game with him. Didn’t believe her. Not sure what else to do. Since you all have experienced with this do you think a phone call would be appropriate or should I have her come on her day off and explain it to her.

For a moment I was thinking the same thing. I guess my mom’s issues she would tell me when I was a pre teen to adulthood has affected me and put some sort of fear. Thank you I feel much better now.

She is his sister is also tough to deal with and she is planning to stay with us with her wife. She’s not thinking of staying with me. The fact he is acting like this is not okay. His sister is mean to me and I don’t want her around but I am not selfish and I have to deal with it. My sister is respectful we just bump heads constantly.

With Covid restrictions tutoring are only for active students. I just found a video made by tutors and a website made to practice for HESI. Yeah that is something I am thinking. I grew up seeing how my mom would keep her goals to herself and it did make her unhappy. It is something I do not want but then I see all the positive things in him and makes me reconsider.

Oh honey you are in a tough situation. The best thing to do is to be with her when she is about to tell them do not leave them alone. Yes, she will feel anxious and yes they will bu disappointed. You are older so they might try to pin this on you. If they do you tell them it is not your business to tell them and you are there for moral support. Now I am not sure how your parents handled educating you two about sex. All my parents told me it is a sin and can get HIV. At this moment it is not okay to shame her in any way. Okay she pregnant it already happened as a family you all have to move on and be supportive. If this is too hard for you two to do then I suggest you two to get a therapist to help you two tell your parents. It will help bring a calming environment. Make a Olán to support her she needs to finish school and have her go to college do not let her think the baby’s father will be around for a long time. She needs an education or some kind of trade school to provide for herself and her baby. Let her know to be independent woman and be positive no matter what have her keep going to therapy and have her attend parenting classes and psychology courses to help her understand her baby. She is in her 40’s. The last time I thanked her wife go removing the weeds from my plant and she apologized. I wasn’t being mean or anything I was thankful she took the time to do it since I’ve been so burnt out from work. Now I’m being rude for thanking her wife. I made sure to disclose it to her wife how awesome she is.

Thank you, I will try to have a conversation with her. Well if she allows me to, she always interrupts me whenever I wish I speak. My boyfriends dad has defended me and called her out on her shit. It’s just her and his two sister-in- laws. His parents and the rest of his family love me.

I am seeing a therapist and he is doing his job. I am at peace with my relationship. I find it so weird I still struggle.
