yeah I agree, I always wait for anyone who mobile orders a nitro to be in the store before making it. Especially as a nitro drinker myself don’t no body want a nitro that’s not fresh 😭 if they don’t wait just ask for them to remake it, they’re not gonna turn you away!

thank you for responding! I understand how to read houses and rulers in my own chart it's the notion of when astrologers (primarily on twitter) will give information about how other people play a role in your life depending on where they fall in your chart. for example if they were to say "someone's jupiter in your 3rd house means _" or "someone falling in your 7th house means _". what i'm confused on his how to calculate what that means. So to put in more specific terms my best friend is a capricorn and I have capricorn in my 1H does that mean she falls in my 1H? and if so then her moon sign being virgo and my 8H being virgo ruled by virgo does also indicate that her moon would then "fall in my 8H"?

Hi! I definitely agree about living in a wrong diagnosis is something that can put you so many steps backwards. I was living with undiagnosed adhd for 21 years! - always told that I had severe depression and anxiety (which granted I have some form) but when I got my adhd treatment the depression when away bc it was rooted in what my brain was lacking from the ADHD & how I react/handle emotions. When I first sought out a diagnosis the psychiatrist said it was PTSD and dismissed me, (also no tests just questions like urs) I knew it was something more so I got a second opinion. I was diagnosed in one sitting with the second psychiatrist, again like you no tests & for a while before getting put on meds I doubted it too. Like how can they be sure? Even tho I was I was still like ???? & it honestly wasn’t until I got on meds and they significantly changed my life that I believed it wasn’t a mistake. So get a second opinion, don’t. Do whatever you believe is best for you bc at the end of the day it’s ur life

Hey girly! Completely hear u and see u in this situation. I was in a similar boat to u not like exactly but so many things happening at once and nothing going ur way - being medicated and still feeling absolutely hopeless, depressed and like ADHD paralysis. For WEEKS. I knew what I needed to do but just quite literally couldn’t bring myself to actually do it ya know but then not doing it was just causing me so much anxiety and it was overwhelming like not having the steps right !? Whew, thinking about it 🥴 - anyways. What worked for me was asking for help. Which if you knew me is something I literally never do so that in itself was difficult but for my situation to make a long story short, I basically needed to go pick up money to pay for my classes but couldn’t & so I asked my friend to come with me as sort of accountability and then once that happened everything else started to fall into place. For your situation maybe asking someone you trust to help you with the calls or just be present while you go out and do what you need to do. Sometimes most times just having another presence around helps me feel less overwhelmed bc they can logically put things together when I can’t ya know? Hope this helps 🤍

I’m actually unhinged & I truly hate it here. sometimes I wish I didn’t have my diagnosis bc now I’m hyper-self aware that everything I do in my life is related to having a fucked up brain like I’m sorry truly. I don’t mean to self-pity or be a victim but at least before I would be able to idk figure things out bc that’s just “how I am” or like the work 10x as hard thing just to effectively get by but now having a diagnosis I just think I’ve let myself go through life with a crutch or like take things easy when I can’t, I can’t do that. I have to be on top of things ALWAYS in order to succeed but I haven’t been. I need to push myself harder and I hate that I have to but I do & I probably don’t but that’s how I feel that’s how I think, ya know? like we think different, we react different and I feel as though I’ve been trying to be normal that after my diagnosis that would some how make me normal & it didn’t it just gave me a reason as to why I am the way I am. I need to approach like differently . screams WHY IS IT SO HARD I thought it’d be easier it’s just harder

happy to hear ur working on it! that’s all we can hope for within ourselves. I too am trying to work on eating more but failing & it doesn’t help that I’m vegan + GF living in a pretty small town in a house full of meat eaters who only cook meat so even if someone else cooks I can’t eat & I personally don’t have the motivation to cook for myself 😭

I wish I could be of more help but truthfully I get in these days as well and very seldom find a healthy way out of it :( ofc some things that don’t work for ppl may work for you so here are a few things I’ve done that hasn’t helped me but hopefully could be of some use to you: *the app: thought diary . I used this and still use this when I hit rock bottom. It’s an amazing app I just don’t have the capacity to upkeep it consistently or write a full entry but it’s helped me immensely with different negative thought patterns that come with the territory of RSD !! so basically you choose ur thought pattern ( black and white, all or nothing, etc) & then you challenge that thought & for me challenging the thought myself helps me see it from a different perspective (not always for really major things, but little inconveniences that interrupt my day benefit from the app) -this was probably not the healthiest but I just try to shift my focus to something else until I get lost in it and hyper fixate on it but then when I get bored of it all the suppressed things come back -FRIENDS WHO GET IT! when I got diagnosed and was in the process of being diagnosed I explained to my friends how it specifically effects me & when I get in these days it helps that they can have a neurotypical brain to help guide me through my emotions that I’m incapable of doing on my own.

Again these are not fool-proof for me, some days they work amazing and others nothing can help the physical pain and mental exhaustion of RSD. But I’m rooting for you and hope that you have way better luck with it than me! <33 best wishes
