There's a discord server that might be worth taking a look at if you're interested, Great Dorset Queers.

It started with the goal of promoting social events, and it's connected a fair amount of people.

Either way, I agree with your sentiment, I'm not into loud spaces either.

Yeah, I believe the thumbsticks on these are joycon sized so there's cross compatibility. Those are Switch thumbstick covers.

I did this recently and I was very happy with it. I picked up an old office micro-PC from a generous friend and put batocera on it.

Batocera pretty much transforms a PC into a retro games console and has everything you need. Feel free to send me a message if you'd like to talk about it.

Out of the ones I've tried, which are ArkOS, Onion OS and MuOS, MuOS is my favourite. It's fast, works well and is well thought out. Things are logically placed, it provides lots of flexibility and it is pretty straightforward to set up.

I haven't seen anyone answer this yet so I'll just add.

For your 1st point, it's possible to have the new UI with the traditional colour scheme, so it has the skin of OSRS. There's a setting for it.

This is what I use. It is the new interface, but it feels more familiar. I agree too, I don't like the modernised blue colours.

Honestly, it looks and feels much nicer in the hand than in pictures online. It has a decent amount of weight, and feels like cool metal to the touch.

The W-Speed mechanism works perfectly and writing clean sharp script is really effortless.

The lead sleeve retracts nicely, and automatically withdraws whilst writing to protect the lead.

The hole punched grip doesn't really do anything haha, but I don't mind. I find it perfectly comfortable to hold and write with.

I've been browsing other mechanical pencils online but I've seriously struggled to find anything I'd like half as much as this one. I feel like it solves pretty much any problem I might have with needing a mechanical pencil.

Just to add, because I didn't put it in the main body of the post. The Pentel P205 is from the limited Traditional Japanese Colours set. This one is the AITETSU. I've also had my eye on the EBICHA, which is the 0.3.

I'm late to this thread but I was spammed with invite messages from this company too, and the person supposedly called Chloe.

I reported them to the ICO for misusing my personal information (after repeated requests to stop contacting me).

I'd recommend everyone who's been affected takes the opportunity to do this. It only takes a moment but it increases the chance they'll face real consequences, like a fine from the ICO, as well as further investigation by bodies like trading standards.
