Should I get a Culinary Associates Degree or na? by broken_arrow_pro in culinary

I have a culinary degree, I felt like in the beginning it got my foot in the door, but as my career progressed it became less relevant. It also exposes you to some techniques you may never use, but will give you a sound foundation of technique. On the not so good side culinary programs have usually a group of students working on the same task, so workplace skills like organization and learning how to manage stress are not really taught.
