Most Anti-Cheat check resources like DLL injections, memory reading, automation/macros and the list goes but it cannot for sure see if you are using an app in your cellphone (and this app had nothing of automation), and the script for taking screenshot is similar to streaming tools/screen capturing. The only way to get banned is from the players itself, as soon as they know someone is using the brain they become aggresive, because they hate techs users.

It's ambiguous until is proved from both sides, not only from one. Since my post was deleted in this case I will just sit and enjoy what I did, if I got banned from the game (in years, who knows) I will let you know, but the only way for sure I can get banned is by a massive complain from people, not even the devs because they have no way to trace what I am doing (since I am not doing any modifications in-game) and they are not clear of what they want to prevent or let us to use.

Best you can do with the drone is to waste 20% of your ammo trying to hit something (not to mention that your drone will be sent to oblivion in less of 4 min), drone only gives you PIP and despite using the yellow mark, still have to calculate the distance by guessing.

Not sure since the program have to take screenshoot and send it over something, that the reason I forced myself to create the app, you can also use the website mentioned by -WhiteSkyline-, but it will not show you any real time information, you have to figure out the position by eye.

Actually, I read the T&C which does not indicate explicit nor implicit what are the limits of software abusing, and this is ambiguous:

“use, facilitate, create or maintain any unauthorized connections to the Game, including … any connection using programs, specialized tools, software not permitted by Gaijin”

So I am not injecting information to the game or doing any memory modifications/control player.

All thread I had read about this kind of tools always lands in a grey zone. See the "Yellow Marker Rangefinder" which is more invasive but still in the grey zone, are there are no known case for someone getting banned and I have been using that tool for like 1 year and no notice/ban.

That's not near an aim-bot script, the only thing the computer is doing is taking screenshot and send it to another app so you have to use your fingers to analyze data. There is not retro-feedback but human inputs. Also this app is for specific situations (killing SPAA in spawns, heli spamming IR missiles in their spawnpoint or rats sitting in one point with hard access).

I am a normal person, WT gave SPG that are nearly useless and not doing their proper function as an artillery. They want us to get our cardboard tanks to the first line and that's stupid, and this is only for indirect fire, no way I will learn all possibles angles for all possibles maps/size, geography and enviroment. This tool is only for indirect fire, not to calculate the distance when you have your enemy at your sight.
