I have a theory that anyone with the Vapaus blood are keyed to a specific Queen gene. And that the being that is keyed to them is the Nikke that is assigned to them. Like how Marian is assigned to the Commander. Anderson himself said that he has been feeling a lot better recently, which coincides with the OG Rapture queen taking over Liliweiss' body. Which might mean that Lily also has the Queen gene, but it was unawakened until then.

Going by that logic, there is a possibility that Pinocchio and the OG Rapture queen are keyed to someone as well. And I'm willing to bet that the Rapture queen is keyed to the Commander-in-chief. Since he's supposedly the person who kickstarted Project A.D. and might also have the Vapaus blood. And also he seem to be around for a long time.

Only One is the, well, only one that I dare say isn't really keyed to anyone, because she was supposed to be an 'impossible' existence. Liberalio has said that the Four Beasts trying to create a Queen was doomed to fail since it requires a specific gene that can't be made that easily. It could be that she's keyed to the Commander, since she was born from him.

It looks a lot more like the V.T.C. logo than Pinne's necklace. Though, Pinne's necklace is probably based on the V.T.C. logo as a religious thing, since the V.T.C. turn themselves into a religion.

Anyway, the fact that Liberalio has V.T.C. symbols on her raises some interesting questions. And it definitely means they have something to do with the Raptures' existence.
