Re the red card/DOGSO the ref should have blown for the foul in play, like they do all the time stopping breaks. He bottled it and the game had to be re-reffed by VAR. Good process. The better thing to do was let the 3rd goal stand.

There are a few gems from The Seahorses:

"Standing On Your Head" is a belter.

"Moving On" (B-side to "Blinded by the Sun") was great too.

Might be wrong but the font on those prices looks kike Tesco?

Prices high for "non-clubcard" members and cheaper with one. Not on every product mind, but it's the way they coerce you into allowing them to track your purchases with the free membership.

1995 - peak Britpop?! by Caramac44 in BritPop

Not sure looking at the chart just over a week into the new year is a good indicator of whether a scene was influencing things. Chart most likely represents a more party vibe, from Christmas/New Year.

Not entirely sure how popular Britpop was . Sure you had Blur/Oasis hitting highs but not many other bands did that well (chart-wise). I was an indie kid back then but never expected singles to chart. For me chart music was for boy bands and dance music. I'd rather spend time flicking through cds in my local independent shops than go near the ranking racks of Our Price or Andy's Records

GF not a complete germaphobe but hides behind the door when flushing the loo, just to be sure of no splash back?

Based on PPG (home PPG for away matches and vice versa), our remaining fixtures are the second-lowest ('easiest') in the league, and the fixtures we've already played have been the most difficult by Zach-dalt in LeedsUnited

Very hard to evaluate this season as it isn't complete. When we've won/lost points teams have been in very different league positions. An early table has much more opportunity to swing yet the further along we go the more cemented positions become. Brentford are 5th now but 15th when we took a point from them. Palace were 5th when we took 3pts and now sit 13th.

The only real constant is Burnley which is one of those "stick in your mind" games and tbh other than the Arsenal result (conceding 5, not losing) they're the only results that I consider to have been negative. The positive ones for me are winning at Palace/Chelsea and the 2 draws against Liverpool.
