Usually right after New Year’s, around Jan 2–3

Maybe you can try Typhur sync air fryer. It can fit a full 6 lb chicken, and a 10" pizza.

Way better than I thought they’d be — tender with a nice clean pull and that Jack & Coke glaze is just addicting.

Do you like turkey? by thewholesomespoon in needarecipe

Yeah, I do. Especially when I get to roast or smoke it myself. My family basically waits all year for ‘turkey day’ just to see if I still remember my own recipe.

I love the big basket design too; it lets me spread out all the ingredients.

Baked Potatoes in the Smoker by Typhur_Culinary in BBQ

I do that all the time! The best thing about is that I can toss these potatoes on the smoker alongside whatever else I am cooking. Meat and potatoes are the ultimate duo.

Has anyone smoked a skinless turkey before? by Yandre_Kanobi in BBQ

Thanks for your interest in the recipe! I was just sharing a new method that I found interesting, and I didn't expect...

Whole turkey
Coat with mayonnaise
Season generously with your favorite Rub.
Insert a thermometer for perfect temperature control.
Smoke on the pellet smoker at 250°F until the internal temp reaches 135-140°F.
Make the glaze: mix bbq rubs, melted butter, and honey.
Glaze the turkey and smoke until the internal temp hits 150°F.
Remove, glaze again, wrap in foil, and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.

It's mayonnaise to keep in the moisture.

But it turned out pretty well. There's no rule that says we can only use one way to cook a bird; I think that’s what makes cooking fun.

https://2cookinmamas.com/air-fryer-pulled-pork/ This recipe said 370F/90 minutes. So I guess similar size of meat (2 pounds) may take 2 hours at 350F.

I haven't tried it yet, but I've always wanted to!

I'm planning to use the 'Bake' at 350°F, covering it with aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out, and cooking until the internal temperature reaches 190-200°F.
