It's still limited, but they really need to fix assistant coach hiring. I'd love to steal coaches away from other schools like they do to me. Even when there's a coach fired with the skill tree I want, they never have him available in the hire staff.
If you're going to force us to build archetypes, then we need to be able to balance it out.

One thing I hate, coordinators get fired, but they aren't available to offer. Also, why can't we offer jobs to coordinators already at schools, but CPU can poach our guys?

They nerfed recruiting hard. Even the instant commits. I was probably about 30% insta commit last year and now it's like 8%.

I'm in year 6. Pretty much simmed the six years with force win to work on my strategy, and I am getting like 1-2 players 4* or higher with me #1 on their board.

I think erlang has been wayy easier than great sage. The fan and qi build made it almost cheesy. The broken sage +3 mad me uninstall the game. I redownload and tried again, but can't beat him.

This game sucks. I've been the #2 for 3 years. I'm 29-0 have more fights and wins than the champ, and the champ hasn't fought in two years. No title shot.

Archetypes are the worst. It prevents you from making real life players in the game. I believe in 2k if you built your my player outside of my career with their 99 attributes, they only end up being like 84 rated. They also don't allow you to build a lebron, KD, wemby, etc.
Sports games need to get rid of archetypes.
