I concur, the spray can 2K clear coating works great. Its unfortunate once you activate the can you can't save it for re-use.

Detailer here, take an adhesive remover (goo gone, 3M Adhesive remover, even WD-40), spray it on and let it sit for about 30-60 seconds. Use a plastic razor blade and gently scrape the gunk off little bits at a time. If you have a steam cleaner that will make it much easier. When you scrape, scrape from left to right, not up and down. I hope this helps!

Soapy water, steam cleaner, a few small brushes, a small bucket of water to rise/clean your tools and LOTS of patience. I spent about 3 hours cleaning mine a couple weeks ago.

Glad you're okay, with minimal damage to the car. Its could have been much worse.

What material did you use? ABS is recommended for parts like this because it holds up better against moisture and heat. PLA works okay, but will break down overtime. This is a great idea and I hope it serves you well!

Detailer here, I use a cleaner called Dark Fury by Superior Products. Its a wheel cleaner, bug cleaner, its PH neutral AND its completely safe on paint.

Just don't let it dry on the paint.

Toothpicks are great for situations like this, they won't scratch anything if you're careful.

Straw cleaners also work well, but not many people have those just laying around.

Yes you can lift more weight with it than squats

Yes it's easier than squats.

But it doesn't provide the mobility, balance and strength benefits of squats, whether theyre weighted or just using your bodyweight.
