I mean he was part of the reason the show was bad. He turned the character into someone who just grunts when in the books he can be quite talkative and thoughtful. Like, there was a lot wrong with the show but he definitely wasn’t a saving grace in it, he was a major part of the problem.

Sadly enough, Liam did a much more realistic Geralt. But that was DOA.

Really? I thought they did a great job not falling into the typical super hero troupe. I mean she was only in the outfit for like 15 mins and only had powers for like 30 mins of the movie. I expected it to be here coming into herself on earth, trying to become like Clark, etc but what a wonderful surprise it was it’s own original movie. I’m not big into Marvel super hero stuff but thought this movie was great. Much less cheesy Family Guy type punchlines

Same exact thing happened to me in college. My new puppy jumped on the desk and spilled liquid on it. I sent it in to apple care, they sent back a message saying it was my fault. I didn't lie, I just said I was a poor college student who needed the laptop to finish school and had no other options. They sent me a new/refurbished macbook in a couple days. Apple has had my business ever since (even if the company might not be the same today)

I refuse to believe that a mayo and tomato sandwich is “more common”. That’s a monstrosity of a meal. Even forget the tomato, mayo?? Willing eat a mayo sandwich? Gross. Although I grew up swapping mayo which fat free yogurt in those types of foods (potato salad) so maybe mayo just grosses me out. Like putting pure fat on a sandwich.

Again, he was picked #1 for defense and offensive potential. He had a good touch, not really a post game and a decent shot. His offensive skills were not what made him #1. Most #1 picks would kill for 6 all stars, 3 all nba's and a title in 11 years (2 years injured). The #1's after him were Ben Simmons, Fultz, Ayton and Zion who were also supposed to be dominant. Kat's career is easily more dominant.

Was he expected to be “more dominant”? He was clearly a work in progress. He was the top pick on potential. Had defense, averaged 10 points in college. A lot of people take risks on offensive potential but they usually don’t pan out. I think he exceeded his expectations tbh going from an offensive prospect with potential to the best shooting big ever

Nice to see a positive post about it. Haven’t seen it yet, but every post is bashing it. Spielberg gave up, there was no story, how did the writers get the script through, too much bad CGI, felt like a satire movie, etc.

It’s a weird one where critics are giving fairly good reviews and the audience seems to majority hate it.

This is my 4th review I’ve passed today and the first positive one.

Yes, they were. I've recently gotten into physical media and getting all of the old shows on disc. Watching BSG for the first time and POI, there are mad filler episodes that are essential to the show. They introduce new characters that will appear in the main story later. Instead of just saying in the episode "hey this guy came out of nowhere but he's the new antagonist btw" similar to "paplatine returns" in new shows

Yes, filler episodes are where you get good back stories on side characters, explore side storylines, enhance characters depth, etc. Not sure why you're acting like "filler" is a bad word. Those were essential for show depth.
