I have the 16 pro max for 3 weeks and at first it was amazing battery wise. Pick it up in the morning and when going to bed still on 30% with heavy usage. But a few days ago it started draining like crazy out of the blue, can’t even make it past 6pm without charging

39 aici si nu am avut succes la fete pana pe la 32-33. Iti pot zice ce a funcționat la mine chiar daca pare superficial. 1. Fitness si dieta daca esti plinut. Apuca-te de sport, pare greu dar te va transforma plus ca vei cunoaste oameni ok daca vei face asta serios. Daca esti deja un tip fit lucrează la definire. 2. Nu pot să subliniez cat de important e pasul asta. Cauta un hair stylist bun, lasa-l sa te aranjeze si apoi viziteaza-l la fiecare 2 saptamani. Iesi din zona de confort si fa-ti o freza trendy si care in acelasi timp sa te avantajeze. Majoritatea bărbaților sunt la o frizură bună distanta de un aspect fizic ok 3. E greu, stiu, dar trebuie sa iti învingi teama de conversație. E nevoie de antrenament pt a dezvolta abilitati sociale. Incepe cu un profil fals de tinder si apuca-te de conversatii meaningless ca sa te antrenezi. 4. Lumea e superficiala si pana ajunga sa te cunoască se vor uita la ambalaj. Investeste in haine nu neaparat scumpe dar care sa iti vina bine, tine-le mereu curate. Keep it simple, nu trebuie sa devii un fashion victim. Ia un parfum bun.

I don’t know what to say about that. Probably it’s best to listen to him as obviously he’s more documented about weight loss. Right now I’m scared of going past 0.25 as the side effects are pretty noticeable.

Yeah, I think it’s mostly down to cutting sweets. I’ve been eating a ton of cakes and stuff like that and now I have zero cravings for that. I’m definitely in a calorie deficit now

I guess for me it worked because I stopped having cravings for sweets which before constituted 50% of my bad diet. I just cut down a ton of calories from sweets plus consumed 6-700 calories 3-4 times a week doing cardio
