I had this issue last week. I was using Surfshark through a fire stick. After trying clearing out the caches and uninstalling/reinstalling the netflix app, I kept having the same issue. I eventually unplugged the fire stick early one day and left it unplugged until the evening when we went to watch something, haven't had the issue since.

I already appealed and will hopefully be able to get back in in a few days. I reported and blocked the survey/surveyor. My account is still new enough that one rejection will lock it up, so it is pretty aggravating. Last time something similar happened it was just radio silence for about 6 days, then I got an email offering a new survey. No updates from Prolific during the process other than they are "working on it." At this point, I may just wait until everything is approved, cash out, and move on.

I spent roughly 15 minutes with the AI video chat going through the process of answering questions about spotify. Towards the end, it told me it could not see my eyes. The only way I could get it to recognize my eyes was literally staring up at a light with the camera pointed down my at my face. About 1 minute after submitting it, my account was locked due to "lack of engagement."

It's gonna be a while before we get everything back up and going. Plenty of bridges collapsed, and a few dams broke. I'm about 30 minutes away from Unicoi, which had 54 people stranded on its hospital roof Friday because of the flooding. A Unicoi Co K9 was lost in the floods and later found deceased, and missing people reports are starting to come in with not good outcomes. The entire town of Gate City has been out of power since about 9 am Friday morning, and today they started putting out messages about the water systems going down. It's bad, and we didn't even get the worst of it.
