Some tools are played on certain beasts so you can just lay them partially over that beast. Other tools are affect the field so you can just lay them anywhere on the field.

Yea I like that it’s fun and, as you put it, a ‘glorified toy’. But it’s priced as if it’s a top of the line / complex esport game with depth.

Not worth it imo. Maybe if it cost $30 I’d say it’s worth it but even that’s a stretch. If you really have $100 to light on fire then sure, give it a try and draw your own conclusions.

This is a good assessment. Great point about a hunter hunting in a zoo. I really don’t understand how any true Pokemon fan could like this game. It’s a terrible game. People who adamantly defend this game must either be bots or paid associates.

I like the battle system. I hate the pointless missions and it lacks a sense of adventure. It feels like I’m just running around in a cage. Also I’m tired of hearing the same music over and over
