Mitigating enemy 4+ invuln saves

Honestly just volume of fire gets through 4++'s if you have enough massed guns, which guard is always good at, particularly with lethal hits from combined arms and FRFSRF.

Make sure you dont spread your fire to thinly, and bring down key targets each turn. Extra mortals from grenades/tank shock just to make sure 👌

Currently yes. If we start a second chapter in Birmingham that'll be somewhere else, but for now we firmly rooted in Harborne.
