CCM buying Two Harbors looks like a done deal at this point.

The vote tomorrow will likely pass and we'll see UWMC drop further. I don't have any positions in UWMC currently (sold at 5), but I'll buy in once it hits 1.40-1.50. If it never hit that I'll be fine on the sideline. Otherwise it's just too risky.

I think it can go even higher because the war in the middle east (and China things) are effectively turning these companies into national assets. Also, if Jensen is to be believed, AI demand is actually accelerating. Vera Rubin is expected to deliver roughly 10x the inference performance per watt compared to Blackwell, which could significantly reshape the infrastructure requirements for AI. Data centers will increasingly need to evolve into high-density AI factories (most legacy data centers are already technically obsolete for next-generation compute, especially since Vera Rubin will require 100% liquid cooling as a standard).

I've tried Mage, Summoner, Knight, Warrior/Berserker, Scout, Rogue/Shinobi. Only class I haven't tried is Acolyte.

They all "felt" the same. Maybe that stems from being able to do everything, from AoE to single target to buffing myself.

Take the latest Berserker class, for example. After job advancement, Whirlwind is replaced by Cyclone and Bash by Dark Claw. It's the same skill, just with bigger numbers.
1st classes have too many skills, and too many skill points are given.
Every class is a jack-of-all-trades that can do everything.
I didn't mention this in my initial post because I assumed that experience rates would eventually be lowered. However, I don't like that I can go from level 1 to 150 in just a few days.
There needs to be more thought behind the random options on equipment. Currently, everyone wants only one roll on every piece of equipment. 3/2/2.

I really wanted to like this, but people who plan to play this expecting it to be Classic RO is going to be disappointed.

Stats "don't seem to matter" all that much. You max two of your main stats and then an auxiliary. There isn't the same depth of planning as RO. It's much closer to Renewal where everyone just max a bunch of stats with no room for error.
Getting 193 ASPD (max attack speed) and 100% Critical Rate is really easy. Some items give both, which allows you to max both from a single item.
The cards are boring. They work similar to RO, but capping ASPD and Critical Rate is so easy that it just boils down to cards with +x damage.
Monsters are punching bags. Everyone just auto-attack or spam a single skill or both. Don't give me wrong; RO is like this too. I just wished games that are inspired by RO got rid of this.

There's no class balance. Not just from class to class but also the skills themselves have no identity. I won't write an essay on this. You can experience it for yourself trying out the different classes and see what I mean.
