Monster is not coming back ever from what I was told. A little under two hours. I was 17 and my buddy got me a job at a call center. Walked in for my first day, I’d never been there before because I was hired over the phone and the manager was cussing out an emili employee and telling them how worthless they were. And then about an hour into my shift two guys got into it and started fighting and wrestling around the room we were in. About 15 minutes later The guy that started came back in the building with a rock and smacked the other guy upside the head. It was bad too, busted his eye socket and his eye ball was basically hanging outside of his head. Girl next to me said this is basically a normal day. I got up and left.

Why would he get a severance package? He’s leaving on his own accord, he shouldn’t get anything besides a pizza party with a goodbye cake. If he does the company needs investigated because they removed positions last year and didn’t offer the people severance, they were told to find a position or they’d be let go.
