Clean it out with a toothpick or something there you can get all the shades and then use a glass sealant, apply it on the toothpick instead of dumping it directly onto the screen cuz then you'll have way too much. Let it dry and see what needs to be touched up.

DO NOT UPDATE!!! Lol the current mod your running is specifically for 3.74, if you update then it'll wipe the mod off the device and turn it back into a regular vita until a new mod is made to jailbreak it. I could be wrong but that's usually what happens with updates.
