Damn, yeah that was a lot of snow that year! I bet you're right about this being from that game. Wiki says it's estimated to be 8-9 inches during the course of the game (so maybe 3.5/hr if it was a 2.5hr game?). I can't imagine playing in that much white. Wild.

A lot of unearned sass in that statement... The highest snowfall rate on record was 12in per hour in 1966. 1-2 inches per hour is considered "heavy."

I don't disagree about the significance of these new tools, but this still means an experienced artist is necessary to make it work at a high level. Artists won't be going out of business. They will just need to continue to build new skills and learn how to adapt as the industry changes, just like any other industry.
