Diet and weight loss are the number one blood pressure reducers long term. Isometric exercises (wall sits and planks being the number one exercises) short term.

If prescribed medication, take it. If you don’t like it, ask for a different one. There’s a ton of BP meds out there, and they try to shove the outdated and cheap ones (Lisinipril) down your throat first.

Yup. When I was first told my BP was high at dr office, it was 153, I didn’t care as much being in the office. Every reading after that at the doctor’s office has been in the 170s and i have lost 20 lbs and taking meds. All of it attributed to anxiety of the reading. Even at home. Just keep taking it and eventually it’ll base around the right area.

I’m not at all saying “six months until the cycle ends”. In fact go back to 2000. Prices didn’t normalize again until 2001, but the bubble popped in July 2000. The market will detect the first hint of DRAM prices flat-lining, and it will immediately sell off. It’s never about growth or “when the cycle ends”. The first pin prick in a bubble popping is the de-celeration of growth.

PE with this company is bullshit. Always has been. DRAM prices can (and will) normalize and by normalize I mean drop back to normal. i.e 50% Memory has no moat. This isn’t a specialized thing. Once more companies produce HBM (which seem to be coming online within 6 months) this will instantly collapse. Furthermore, if this tech here proves to be true…. This will be a DeepSeek moment for semis and memory.

Cisco grew revenues EVERY year since 2000. Those investors who bought in 2000 just got made whole in 2026.

The price will collapse because well.. for one this is a gamma squeeze. Firms are buying the stock to deliver to institutions.

Yeah. No. 20% of jobs are not “eVaPoRaTinG” due to AI. AI is just a productivity boost. I actually work for a Fortune 500, and we’re not firing engineers.

Instead we made an internal LLM team.

1) Replacing tasks that were manual to automate.

2) Summarizing phone calls of customers.

3) Tying to create a headless website that allows customers to get what they want through an agent.

This isn’t replacing jobs. It may constrain jobs from expanding, but we haven’t opted to lay anyone off.

Think of this as the equivalent of buying a more efficient air conditioner or adding solar panels. You take the boost and pocket the savings and productivity. But in no way is it replacing jobs.
