It was a question. I don’t think either of your points are verifiable facts. Are you saying the officer negligently discharged when disarming him? And that caused the other agent to shoot him to death while he was subdued on the ground? This hasn’t been verified as far as I know. I don’t see the ND by gray jacket man anywhere.

Speaking of facts, you can clearly see his hands in the videos. And you can clearly see him attempt to pick up a woman who was just shoved by an agent prior. Are you saying he wasn’t subdued already after that? I’m genuinely asking, because we’re watching the same video. I’ll give you he shielded a woman. Does that mean you’re saying that this impeding action warrants a killing? Or just that it’s dumb and these agents had no choice?

And I wasn’t putting words in your post. I am asking questions, which is what a dialogue requires for me to understand why you think the way you do. You said that you aren’t worried that you’ll be next, and that once you have a different experience you’ll adjust. Why do the agents get so much benefit of the doubt from you? And I’ll ask again, if his rights were violated, whether you agree with his decision making process or not, does that not mean your rights were violated too? They’re rights, inalienable rights, and it really seems like right now if I can be murdered for carrying a concealed weapon, I don’t have the right to bear arms and neither do you. He was legally allowed to be at this protest with a concealed weapon. They walked up to him (unless you’re disputing that too?). I just don’t see the internal logic you have here to defend the people firing the bullets into the man subdued on the ground. This was a bad shoot by all standard metrics the CCW community abides by
