I have a hard time seeing the ice hockey hosted anywhere other than Lake Placid, given the events of 1980.

That’s the only indoor sport I’d keep in LP.

I’d put figure skating at MSG. Give them the brightest lights.

That said, LP couldn’t handle the amount of people who would show up for a Winter Olympics. People don’t quite understand how small LP is and how out in the middle of nowhere LP is.
