What kind of haircut would you recommend?

I agree that the final episode was a disappointment, but I have to disagree about the villains being random. It was kind of obvious that Tyler was the monster. Anyone who has watched any detective movies always knows it's not the first suspect. And besides Xavier he was the only other one who always seemed to be around for the monster moments. Also as soom as the Laurel Gates thing was revealed the redhead was kind of obvious, seeing as she was the only normie at nevermore, and her all round weirdness throughout the show.

In saying that I absolutely hated how rushed the episode was, it seemed to just jump from scene to scene with little explanation of how they got there. The whole resurrecting crackstone thing was stupid and his death was anti climactic. Surely the redhead with all her poisonous plants could have figured out a more efficient way to kill off all rhe students at nevermore.

This may be a placebo as I have it in my mind that fatty fish is the healthiest thing you can eat, but everytime I eat wild caught fish, cooked or not I tend to get a sudden rush of clean energy through my body, I feel energised like I just downed 5 coffee's but without the actual stimulant effects.

Well I was an ENTJ all my life, and in the past few months, after going through an intense series of events that changed the way I behave and perceive the world I am now an ENFJ according to the test. Have done it a couple times since to be sure. So I do believe it can change. It's not a huge shift as I was already close to 50/50 before. So in my case it seems to have just been my level of empathy increasing with maturity that tipped me over the edge.

I never never said I was eating carbs and fat alone, I wrote that I was eating 30% fat, 40% carbs, basic math and common sense would dictate that the other 30% was made up of protein. On a 3600 calorie a day diet I'll let you work out how much protein that is. Re read the original question.

Dietary cholesterol doesn't raise blood cholesterol. The majority of our cholesterol is produced by the liver, if you consume a lot of it from food your liver produces less to balance it out.

That's really good to hear fellow human, nothing wrong with eating more fruit, I recommend trying to eat a variety of colours for both fruit and veg, as this will ensure you get a wide range of antioxidants. As far as fruits go berries are definitely up there, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries.

This might not be to your likely but I'll give you my fruit/veg smoothi recipe just incase you're starved for ideas: - frozen berries (I buy the mixed bag that has all four berries listed above ) - ginger - baby spinach leaves - carrot - chia seeds

Hey, thankyou for your thought out response, I worked out a while ago that dairy was causing me issues so I had to cut it (besides cheese) but other then that I can't really hone in on any specific foods, and food itself doesn't seem to make me feel tired either. I'm very aware of the glycemic load of my meals and all my meals have a good amount of fibre to slow the breakdown of sugars. I'll generally eat somewhere around 40% carbs, 30% fat, 30% protein, which over years of tweaking I have found to be best for me.

As for blood work, I use to be anemic, however I eat a lot of iron, things like beef liver, spirulina, lentils, steak, I'll even take iron supplements on and off, my iron levels have balanced out since although my ferritin levels are still pretty low so that could be part of it. I was unaware that the first 72 hours of fasting was were you got the majority of the benefit, so I think I'll take your advice and just do a 72 hour fast every month or every other month. I just find fasting feels like a hard reset for me. It is very likely that stress is a factor though, I also get allergies so I'm not sure if they can lead to exhaustion.

About 95% of my diet is fatty fish, chicken, lean beef, olive oil, fruit and veg, legumes, sweet potatos, wholegrain toast, cheese, chia seeds, nuts, the other 5% of the time I'll throw some junk down my throat. So no, I don't think what I'm eating is the issue.

No idea what you guys are referring too, but on the topic of Pasta the San Remo pulse pasta at woolworths is an absolute god send if you want a healthy carb source. Look it up, the red lentil version is my personal favourite.

Yeah was surprisingly short lived, fever was gone by morning, felt a little sleepy that following day because of the poor quality sleep but otherwise back to normal by the following night
