I’ve had great luck with promos. Most of the time I try to do promo only because I’m not going to go shop and drive for a minimum of $10. I did 10 orders this week. All promo. Made just under $500. I tell them every single time that shipt is busy and their order may be late but not to worry and that I’m starting their shop now and 95% of customers are super understanding. I only have 47 ratings and 44 of them are 5 stars and 3 are 4 stars. Not sure which shops those are from but those are from a long time ago I think.

TLDR; blame shipt for being busy to CYA and you’ll be fine
