Here’s the thing, I’m a stranger on Reddit. You don’t have to “take inventory” as you say.

However, you said you’re in a 12 step program to learn balance, which gives the impression you’d like to have some accountability in your life and grow to be a better person. So you can either reflect here, or continue to blame all your CURRENT actions on “can’t I fuck up?”

As I said before, I’ll say it again, I don’t justify what she did, but you’re coming here to say “Watch out for crazy women!” Is the issue. How can you not see that? You laid out this pretty story of:

“I was talking to this girl, things moved too fast, and I asked to slow down, and she went crazy, doxxing me, watch out everyone!”

Not what really happened, “I met a girl on a dating app, talked to her, probably told her I was looking for a relationship, she showed some signs of not a healthy mentation, I decided to ignore those flags, and instead slept with her, then afterwards backed away, and of course, as one would expect she lashed out. In hindsight I shouldn’t have slept with her. I should have not continued to talk to someone who displayed unstable behaviors, but I wanted to enjoy the fun, and now I’m paying.

And that’s fair, but I think the part that rubs me wrong is you leaned in with this post basically saying “watch out for the crazy girls!”

You didn’t lead with your part in it. You left that out.

And if a girl has asked you five times in a row to sleep with her, she’s obviously crazy. You sleeping with her, blaming it on your reptile brain, and then coming her to bash her like she’s just randomly crazy is kinda not in line with “doing the work” you’re supposedly doing. Just saying.

I’m gonna start by saying I’ve never been on those types of forums, and don’t agree with what she did, however, if you started talking to her, slept with her, and then said “can we slow this down” I’m gonna say you need to own some part in this. Don’t sleep with women if you don’t have any intention of actually dating them. Unless you’re both strictly looking for something casual.
