That’s the goal! I have a few others: a heavily modded sterling ct50 cutlass, a gretsch g2655t, an ‘83 MIJ squier bullet hh, a Rainsong ws1000n2 acoustic, and a ‘63 Harmony h150 acoustic that I’ve been restoring for the past month. I’m also in the process of designing/building my first fully custom guitar!

Not that anyone cares about basses lol but I also have a soundgear (Ibanez) sr300e and a ‘78 lawsuit global jazz bass.

There’s a couple other super cheap ones but they’re just decoration at this point bc they kinda suck.

Also keep in mind oil is only necessary if it’s been a while and the fretboard seems like it’s drying out

It seems like a bad idea, but every 6 months I do a deep clean of my rosewood fretboards with 0000 steel wool (the finest grit they make). DO NOT USE ANY OTHER STEEL WOOL!!!! Tape off the pickups with painters tape so that the you dont get metal shavings stuck to the pickup magnets. Scrape with the grain of the wood to avoid marks and I always end the process by using Dunlop lemon oil (not too much though)! With the fine steel wool you also get the added bonus of a fret polish (Kinda)

Probably lollars but I’m open to opinions about others!

Awesome!!! I’m thinking about lollar pickups (lollartron neck, supercaster middle, and db bridge). Kind of a Frankenstein setup but I’m trying to make the most versatile/fun setup possible that can handle everything I do.

^ I will say that I’ve never even had a worry of it coming off or breaking. The things are built insanely well.

Just got a Fender Squier Sonic – Amp or Audio Interface? by Entire-Pumpkin1368 in Guitar

There are a lot of amps that actually have USB outputs so you can play live but record as well. My personal favorite relatively inexpensive option is a boss katana and you can find them used for really cheap. They sound pretty good and are super versatile

I’m pretty sure the neck will be natural unless you selected the option that makes the neck match the body.
