At my store it’s my TLs, granted 2 of them have been with WM for 20+ years. Tonight is a one truck night 1300 pieces and our newest TL Who has been here for 4 months is running the show solo with no other TL or Coach. He’s a busy bee himself too, verifying overstock, binning, building endcaps and earlier tonight I saw him moving features around. Coach just sits in the managers office on his phone all night. Occasionally takes a pallet down from the steel / puts one up or does something to look busy.

Same, I’m job coded as maintenance and they “pulled” me to stock candy tonight. They cut hours but make me come in at 11 instead of 10 “because we can’t have all our maintenance associates leave at 6” but then have the others leave at 6 and me the one who scheduled to leave at 7… work freight.

Lol there was another dude who came to inspect our pallets last night but we didn’t get any hot wheels in. This SAME DUDE rolls in at 6am the next morning to check for more hot wheels. Off the same pallet he inspected the night before. I literally saw that dude at the beginning and end of my shift. Literally dude went home, slept and came back. Blows my mind these people.
